- Wash weekly (usually at salon)
- DC every wash
- Co-wash 1-3x a week (at home)
- Rollerset 3-4x a week (I can't stand rollersets when they get old...LOL)
- Protective styles (usually phony ponys)
- Baggy (under phone ponys)
- Relax every 9 weeks (may eventually stretch to 10 or 12)
- Vitamins: biotin, MSM, b-complex, folic acid, women's multi, l-lysiene
- Minimal heat (usually just hooded dryer)
- MN mixture
