Adeea, thanks for posting this video. I had the same thoughts of would I be accepted as a professional with a natural. As I told you on YouTube, I did the BC on October 28th. I am a professor. I was very afraid of the reaction at work, but I told myself this is who you are naturally and if anyone has a problem with it, shame on them for not accepting who you were born to be. From that day forward, I have loved my hair. Some people love it and others don't. They have a blank stare and ask me why I did it. I tell them because I wanted to, and how much I love it. At the end of the day what really matters is what I think of it. Once again, thank you for all that you do, for the YT vids, your blog, and intellegent words of wisdom.
If you are a natural hair event planner or are interested in planning an event in your area and are in need of assistance or guidance, please invest in yourself 20 minutes to schedule a FREE consultation with Adeea.
